    I have experienced a fraud transaction on my credit card on 19th Dec 2021 and same i have complained to Credit Card Department Immediately and also with Cyber Crime Department. The Cyber Crime Department has created FIR about the unauthorised transaction happened on the Credit Card.

    But from the dispute team i have received the reply , We have reviewed the dispute claims on the referred transaction basis the concerns highlighted by you. We wish to clarify that the referred online transaction has been authorised and billed to your credit card account, post successful authentication by using the One Time Password (OTP), which is sent only on your registered mobile number and registered email address and which can only be accessed by you or with your specific knowledge or consent.

    In view of the fact that the aforementioned transaction has been completed in a secured environment with due authentication as required, we would like to convey that the liability towards the subject transaction rests with you and cannot be contested as an unauthorised transaction(s). We seek your understanding in this regard and request you to make the payment towards the referred transaction.

      You please email to Bank or card company mentioning the complete payment details but you need to check your card’s old statement for any due payments.
